Profile and Summary for the Class of 2016

5.2 average years of work experience. 28 was the average age. 15% were under-represented U.S. minorities. Compensation for the Class of 2016

$99,000 was the 2016 mean starting base salary for MBA graduates. $20,000 was the 2016 mean signing bonus for MBA graduates. The growth for MBA signing bonus versus the prior year was 10%.

79% accepted employment at graduation.Graduate hires by experience: 43.8% had more than 5 years – mean salary was $100,200. 31.3% had 3 to 5 years – mean salary was $98,100. 25.0% had less than 3 years experience – mean salary was $96,500.

212% salary increase over pre-MBA career for class of 2016. 75% changed functions from pre-MBA career.Graduate hires by function - Finance and Accounting hired 36.3% - salary range mean at $92,000. Marketing and Sales hired 30% - salary range mean at $91,000. Consulting hired 15% - salary range mean at $118,400. Operations and Logistics hired 8.8%.

Graduate hires by industry: 25% in Financial Services – mean base salary was $95,600. 20% in Technology - mean base salary $106,600. 16.3 in Consulting - mean base salary $114,300. 15% in Consumer Goods - mean base salary $86,900. 11.3% in Other Fields - mean base salary $97.000. 8.8% in Manufacturing - mean base salary $88,600. 3.8% in Transportation and Logistics - mean base salary $81,700.
