Google Calendars

Adding A Simon Calendar To Your Own Account

You may add as many calendars to your account as needed. To a calendar, follow these instructions:

  1. You must be logged into your Google Account
  2. Click on the calendar below that you would like to add to your account. you will need to add each calendar individually
  3. In the bottom-right corner of the screen, you will see a “+ Google Calendar”, click this  Add to Google Calendar button
  4. If you are not already logged into your @simon.rochester.edu Google account, please log in
  5. A popup window will come up asking “Do you want to add this calendar?”, click “Yes, add this calendar”
  6. The calendar may take a few minutes to appear. The calendar will appear under "Other Calendars" on the left-side

Removing a calendar

  1. Log into your account at https://calendar.google.com/
  2. Click the arrow to the right of "Other calendars" and click "Settings"
  3. You will see a list of calendars, click "Unsubscribe" for any calendar you do not want in your account

Syncing With Your Phone

To sync your Google calendar with your Phone, you must log in through a Web browser. Log into your account on Google Calendars, then go to https://calendar.google.com/calendar/syncselect to pull up all the calendars you have subscribed to. Check the calendars you want to sync with your phone, and click “Save”.
